At SilentParrot.in, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products (ladies’ innerwear), we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy for hygiene reasons.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Used Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been worn, tried on, or used in any manner. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong item

• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Note: All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at enq@silentparrot.in with your order number and images of the issue.

3. Return Approval & Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on the return process. Please ensure the product is securely packed for return transit.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges unless a wrong or defective item was delivered. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

6. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
